Victory Salute!
I don’t want to sound overly pedantic, but that is the temperature from the airport, which is part of Oulunsalo, not Oulu. Big difference. Would you consider Morocco a part of Spain? Didn’t think so

Well, you do sound overly pedantic: you can’t compare Oulu with Oulunsalo the same way as Spain with Morocco, unless Morocco was named Spainorocco
